My Babies and Me | Mother's Day 2018

In about 2 weeks I will have been a mama for 3 years. It's amazing how fast the time goes by. When Dax was born I felt so overwhelmed with love for this tiny human in my hands. I thought it was just the most amazing thing in the world to create something so perfect! Being a mama has given me so much purpose in life. It has driven me to be the best woman I can be...in a Mother and a wife.

9 months after Daxton was born....SURPRISE! We were pregnant with Paige. Even from the very beginning Paige was sneaky lol. Before I tested positive in my pregnancy I knew I was pregnant. But Paige didn't want to show herself until I was over 3 weeks late! She was beginning to make me think I was imagining my pregnancy lol. When we found out we were having a girl I cried lol. I was so excited to buy everything girly lol....Even though another boy would have been just as amazing! When Paige was born our little family was complete! She was 3 weeks early, 6 lbs and 7 oz and only 18 inches long. Even to this day she is a super shorty lol. But FULL of spunk, attitude and energy lol

So....A couple days ago I asked my hubby Joe to learn how to use my camera. I thought about getting a tripod but then thought that having Joe learn a little about what I do and taking our photos would make them extra special. We wanted to make something special for all the mama's in our lives. We all got dressed up and walked down to a field by our house. My babies did not want to sit still for even a second lol. They wanted to run around and throw sticks lol! But we had fun and created some really special memories.

I love being a mom to these amazing kids!! It fills my heart with joy every day that I get to be their mommy and show them the world. They surprise me, make me laugh and give me hugs and kisses every day! What could be better than that!

Lastly, I want to thank my Mom! She's amazing! She is so selfless, kind and loving! A girl couldn't have grown up with a greater mom! She's a shining example of everything I hope to be for my babies.

Happy Mother's Day!!
