Melissa + Jolyne

This is an exciting post for me to share!!! Not only because this was the first wedding of 2019 but it was for two amazing ladies AND it was a pop up wedding! There were many first for me that went along with this wedding. 1. It was during a snow storm, 2. these incredible ladies were my first same sex couple, 3. it was my first wedding that happened within two weeks of knowing about it lol.

I met Melissa and Jo back in January. They had messaged me with in days of being engaged and booked a June 20, 2020 wedding with me. I think it was a week later they told me they still wanted their big 2020 bash but they just couldn't wait to get married!! They planned their perfect pop up wedding in about 2.5 weeks! I couldn't imagine how busy they must have been. Both of their families came together to help make this all possible them.

When I arrived at the Crowne Plaza Lord Beaverbrook in Fredericton NB, they were getting ready to start hair and makeup. Both of them were just so excited! Now...I have to tell you...I cried alot lol. Like alot lol There was just so much sweetness and love that these two have for each other. They both kept wanting to do special things for each other and as you look through the images you will see just how much emotion can be packed into the short 6 hours I was there.

I have no doubt that these two will have a long happy life together! They are both brilliant, compassionate and kind. It’s exciting to think of all that they will do together as a team!! I hope you enjoy my favorite images below! Congratulations you two!
