A lot has changed for couples getting married this year. Big weddings have become small weddings, loved ones are attending ceremonies via live streams and people are getting creative with their plans. Jenn and Sandy planned the perfect backyard wedding. Even though our time together was shorter than initially planned we still captured so much in just a few hours. Jenn's family was so welcoming when I walked in the door. They didn't mind that I started rearranging their kitchen as soon as I got there lol. It just had the best light for Jenn's getting ready photos. After Jenn and her mom got her all ready we went to meet Sandy. Their first look was so sweet! Jenn looked so beautiful and I just knew Sandy would be amazed (there were a few tears). Duke was also at their house. He's their adorable retriever and had on the cutest doggy wedding tux lol. We had about an hour before the ceremony to head down to the river for portraits. There are a couple spots there that are perfect for photos and even though the bridge was busy and we were all melting (lol) it was totally worth it! . They wrote their own vows for the ceremony and they were so emotional and sweet. Jenn, you are so lucky he cooks and cleans!! lol.
Jenn and Sandy, your day was perfect! I wish you both a lifetime of love and happiness! Thank you so much for asking me to capture such a special time for you two.
Warmly,
Tori xo
